Payment

We accept the following forms of payment…

  • Major Credit Cards- Including American Express, Visa/Master Card and Discover
  • PayPal
  • Money Orders, Certified Checks and Personal Checks- These methods of payment must clear the bank before your item(s) is released or shipped.
  • Bank Wire Transfers- This method of payment must also clear the bank before merchandise will be released.

* All residents of the State of Washington are subject to a 9.50% sales tax.

Money Back Guarantee

We want you to be satisfied with your product.  That is why we are offering a 7-Day Return Policy.  If by the end of seven days you have decided you are not satisfied with your purchase, just return it to us, and we will refund your money in full (minus any shipping/insurance costs incurred).  If there is anything we may be able to do to help resolve your dissatisfaction before you return the product, we would be happy to speak to you and try to address any issues.  Here are the steps to returning your merchandise via mail…

1)    Please contact us at 425-422-9290 to receive a Merchandise Return Authorization number.

2)    Address your package using the information below.  Write the RAN number you receive from us to the right of the address.

3)    Before sending, please completely insure the merchandise, and prepay any postage, freight and handling charges.

4)    Contact us with the package tracking number and date of shipping.

Conditions for returns:

-        There is NO RESTOCKING FEE.

-        Your item must return in its original condition.  All merchandise is inspected upon its return.  Any merchandise that does not match the item data in our system will be returned or refused.

-        All refunds are made in the same fashion as the original payment.

-        We are not responsible for any merchandise that does not arrive back at our store, or that is not returned in accordance with the steps listed.

-        Jewelry that we custom design, size or alter for a customer in any way cannot be returned for any reason other than manufacturer’s defects listed under the Warranty section below.

Warranty

In accordance with our commitment to customer care and satisfaction, we offer a full one-year manufacturer’s warranty against any original defects.  Normal wear and tear, excessive physical or accidental damage, loss and theft are not included under this warranty.  Also, any merchandise that may have been repaired or tampered with by anyone other than authorized Baraka Gemstones and Jewelry personnel cannot be returned under warranty.

We strongly encourage you to please be careful applying any treatments to your gemstone or jewelry piece, as certain treatments may cause damage to your product.  If you have any questions, please consult us before having your piece treated.  Damage to stones and jewelry as a result of third party treatments will not be covered under warranty.

Appraisals

At Baraka Gemstones and Jewelry we believe in the value of our products.  That is why, at your request, we offer an official full appraisal with picture of pieces purchased with us for an additional $30.00.  Appraisals are available for pieces not purchased through Baraka Gemstones and Jewelry for $60.00.

IMPORTANT NOTE- Appraisals on pieces purchase with Baraka Gemstones and Jewelry are available ONLY BY REQUEST.  If you would like an appraisal done on your stone or piece of jewelry, please allow an additional 5 business days for completion of the appraisal before your piece is available.  If for some reason there is no one available to do an appraisal within that period of time, you will be contacted about any additional short delays.

Insurance

Although Baraka Gemstones and Jewelry is not an insurance agency/agent, and cannot be held responsible for any legal matters directly related to insurance claims, we do have information available in our studio for insurance coverage of your fine jewelry.  We also work with insurance companies in the repair and replacement of any pieces you have previously insured.  Contact us for more details.
